How to Order
You can place your orders through our website or email them to orders@babetitude.com. All our prices are in Singapore dollars.
To order online, simply browse through our online catalog and add the items you want to buy into your virtual shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, click on the 'Checkout' link on the top of each page.
You will be brought to preview your shopping cart. There, you can delete or update the quantity of a product before checking out. Once you've confirmed your order, click on the 'Checkout' button to login with your Babetitude account (click to read more) to proceed.
You will receive an email confirmation soon after submission. It will include your order details and payment information for fund transfer. Please contact us if you did not received any email from us after 24 hours.
Please allow up to 2 working days, after payment, for us to process and prepare your order for delivery. Orders received after 10pm will be processed the following day.

Do register with us when you're placing an online order. Setting up your very own Babetitude account is quick, easy and best of all... Free! Just click on the 'Account' link at the top of any page to login or register. Enjoy these cool features and benefits with your account:
- Address Book: Store up to five shipping addresses in your Babetitude account. After login, you can view, edit and delete your addresses whenever you want to. You can also set an address as your primary shipping address.
- Exclusive newsletter for members: Be the first to know about our latest events, promotions and offerings through our newsletter. You can opt to join or leave our mailing list anytime.
- Order status and history: View your current order status and past order records.

Return Policy & Cancellations
- Once your order is being processed, changes and cancellation of order will not be accepted.
- Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery email. Please contact us with your order number, item name and reason for exchanging.
- Sale of all clearance/bargain items are final and may not be exchanged.
- All regular priced items purchased from Babetitude can be exchanged if they are defective. If the same item is no longer in stock, you can choose to exchange for another item of the same value or higher.
- Customers will have to pay the difference if the exchanged item is of a higher value than the returned item. If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited.
- Exchanged items must be sent back in their original packaging with tags, and have not been worn or used.

- Once your exchange request has been approved, we will send you the exchanged item, free via normal mail, to the same mailing address. Optional registered mail is available and costs $2.24.
- Babetitude will not be responsible for any lost package sent to and from us via normal mail.
- With regrets, we do not accept refund and return requests.

Payment Methods
We accepts credit and debit card payments securely through PayPal and fund transfers for your online and email orders.
- Credit/Debit card payments
PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay for your online shopping at Babetitude. You will be able to check your purchases, save different delivery addresses and also receive money through PayPal.
You are not required to sign-up as a member. The option will always be available when you're ready in the future. For more information on PayPal, you can visit their website at paypal.com.
If you have emailed us your order and wishes to pay with your credit/debit card, we will email you a PayPal payment request once your order has been confirmed.
- Fund transfers
Our bank account details will be provided in our confirmation email, sent to you after order submission. Fund transfers can be conveniently done via internet banking, ATMs or over the counter.
Please contact us after you have made payment with your order number and transaction reference number. Allow up to 3 working days for inter-bank transfers to be reflected in our account.
Payment, for any type of order, must be received within 3 working days or the order will be cancelled.

Delivery Methods
Currently, we only offer delivery options within Singapore through our website. Interested international customers can email us directly at orders@babetitude.com to place an order or for more information on shipping costs.
- Free Delivery
Babetitude is proud to offer free delivery or registered mail in Singapore for all orders $250 and above! We will get in touch with you to confirm on the delivery method.
- Speedpost Islandwide Courier Service
Courier service to your office or doorstep! Remember to leave us a valid phone number (handphone preferred) for us to call and confirm delivery with you before Speedpost courier takes over.
You can also enter your preferred calling time in our comment box during checkout to help us serve you better. Processing and preparation time of up to 2 working days still apply.

Babetitude will not be able to arrange courier serivce to these restricted areas: Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/ Wharves, Mindef COMCEN, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre, Sentosa island, military camps, proctected areas and locations, and any offshore islands.
Please note that we will not be able to send your order out until we get a delivery confirmation from you.
- Regular Mail
Your orders will be delivered to by Singpost. Postage charges are based on weight and include a small packing and handling fee. With regrets, Babetitude will not be responsible for any lost package sent via standard mail.
